GAINS ON GRASS

Gains on Grass was created to help keep a group of people motivated throughout the year. This class enables them to workout away from the distractions of home life and work life, one evening a week.

Gains on Grass is an outdoor workout for all levels of experience. The session is based around strength, cardio and core in a high energy and enthusiastic set up.

The class is located on Wandsworth common West every Wednesday evening, 7:15pm- 8:00pm

All you need is a mat and dumbells or kettlebell to take part.
